Hi,
I have several XBMC devices around the house, and playlists/sources etc are stored on a central media server and then advancedsettings used to point to them.

However, I want several user profiles, but I want the same profiles with the same settings on each XBMC device. Is it possible to map these to a central point as well, so I can edit them in one place and have the effect cascade to all my XBMC devices. In effect, I want path substitution for profiles - is this possible?

Impossible? No. Complicated, hard, and a PITA? Yes.
