Yesterday, the shelf which lists Recently Added Episodes stopped updating for TV Shows. I was using the Aeon MQ5 Skin. The other views worked fine it seemed (Random, Recently viewed) as well as Movies and Music.

In an attempt to fix it, since this skin required the service.skin.widget and would not allow me to uninstall it, I uninstalled the MQ5 Skin and reverted back to Confluence. Still the same issue.

I then uninstalled the service Skin Widget, but the Widget is still showing Recently Added Episodes up across Movies, TV Shows and Music. I also tried deleting the service.skin.widget appdata folder.

I have also tried Cleaning Up the Video Library.

If I go through the file menu all of the shows are shown perfectly if I choose: Recently Added Episodes filter.

In case it helps someone else- Out of nowhere my service.skin.widget stopped working. It was a permissions issue. Chown fixed it.
