File-manager will allow you to see copy & delete .xml files, but there is no built in editor. There maybe 3rd party programs for what you want, at least it would seem possible. What exactly are you trying to do?

I should've been more clear... I meant once the file has been loaded and let's say that xml file has 100s of streams, so instead of scrolling up and down looking for a desired stream, it will be nice to search that list for the stream in question...THX

That might come from the 3rd party add-on (like Live Streams) which might have a search feature and a recognizable hierarchical menuing system. Alternatively you could have 1 field per stream file list, and use XBMC's organizational functions.
