Hi all,
I'm running XBMC (13.2, ubuntu) on an Intel NUC with the Pulse Eight adapter. It's connected to an AVR (Marantz NR1504) that is itself connected to a Samsung uN40D6000 (using the ARC).
The CEC adapter config is fine and all works as expected, except that anytime the system is powered on, I have to manually configure the audio to be sent to the AVR from the Anynet menu on the TV (anynet -> receiver -> activate). The Samsung TV does not support automatically setting this up. Kind of pain and there's no way around it.
With cec-client, I can easily force that from the NUC by sending a :15:70:10:00 command on the HDMI (that's a System Audio Mode Request)
Is there a way to automate this in XBMC ? there's no such option for the CEC adapter peripheral (and I think it should support such a thing).
Thanks !
