Help HD audio on XBMCbuntu with AMD card
#1
Before this thread I've read and done with some thread many times but I've not solved my problem.
My system:
HTPC with a Intel HD card and a MSI HD7730 card
ARV: Denon X1000
TV: LG Led 3D
OS: XBMCbuntu 13.2
Connection Video and Sound: HTPC -> ARV -> TV

With Intel HD, HTPC works well with DTS, DTS HD, True HD sound but not 3D
With 7730 card, HTPC work well with DTS, 3D. With DTS HD, it shown on my ARV, hear something but not clear and noise
I setup my 7730 card with AMD Catalystâ„¢ Graphics Driver 14.20 (latest beta, either 14.30.1001 - lastest stable)
Check system:
fglrxinfo: show my card
vainfo: works well
glxinfo | grep rendering: direct by Yes.

Whats problem with my system. Anyone can help me?
(Sory about my terrible English)

Uninstall fglrx and use the open source radeon drivers.

Thank for help but with open source, my 7730 card doesn't work (I 've read and done with the following thread: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RadeonDriver). Can you suggest me to another thread?

-> www.openelec.tv give the 4.2.1 version a try from USB stick.

Something else is wrong then and we will need to see some logs

dmesg
/var/log/Xorg.0.log

Your links aren't available to the public, you will get more success if you use pastebin or a similar service.

Is it so hard to just paste a correct xbmc.log?

Your AVR announces shit - edid parsing does not work.
