Nothing that xbmc can provide for you. You can try to use drm_kms_helper and kernel 3.17 and use a non broken EDID to get the correct ELD information.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

also make sure that your AVR runs the latest firmware.

My AVR is running with lastest firmware and It was playing well with Intel HD card on mainboard. I will try to use drm_kms_helper and kernel 3.17 and tell you the result. One more question: How to setup driver AMD on Openelec?

No need to setup anything. OpenELEC detects the radeon and uses it.

I have setup Openelec on my HPTC but the screen blink and I don't see anything

Good. Remove the AVR out of the chain and retry.

Remove AVR, retry and nothing happens. Every is good with Intel card on mainboad
