So I am new to python and this is my first xbmc addon. I am trying to make an addon to rip a dvd from the drive (windows or linux) using MakeMKV. The first thing I am trying to accomplish is getting the main title from the DVD. I am not sure of the best way to do get the main title. I am not sure if there is a XBMC module that can give me the path to the drive, or if python has a way to give me the drive path for both windows and Linux. Of course there is always the option of someone smarter than me, coming up with a different way to get the title or the drive path.

I am just looking for some help to get me started on this project. So any help anyone can give me would be awesome.
