I installed Kodi last week and began viewing with out an issue. As of FridayI had sound but not picture. Now I have NO picture or sound.

Elaborate. There are so many ways to use XBMC/Kodi that we really can't assume the situation you are in. Are these local files you have on a network share? Are these add-ons? If add-ons, which ones? (also note we can't help you with add-ons that are for bootleg videos or services, in case those are what aren't working).
