i cant open any video add ons! Everything was working fine last night? Any ideas what the problem is?

All of them have stopped working though! so doesn't that mean an issue with the system not the addon's themselves?

A lot of people will say "all of them" but only mean a small subset of them. Could you install and test with the NASA video add-on? You can find it in the normal XBMC.org add-on repository under videos.
