Should be interesting. In theory, it should have the right specs for OpenELEC, but who knows if things will go as smoothly as they do on paper.

Looks interesting,
but the Intel HD Graphics inside has only the regular 4 Execution Units of Baytrail AND is topping out at 646MHz.

Yeah, that's the correct link. Posted the correct link in the wrong thread and the wrong link in the correct thread.
Turns out while it might be OK for my first requirement of running Openelec Kodi, it probably wouldn't be great for SteamOS game streaming whether or not the GPU was up to the task because it's limited to wifi N with no wired Ethernet capability. Apparently the 1080p game streaming only works reliably over wired network infrastructure.

Could always add a hub+ethernet dongle considering its running Windows 8.1.
