Hi Ned, I too have the same problem. (Android tablet using Kodi 14.) I have dug out the log file but cannot see where the problem lies. Is there a way I can post the log file to someone so as to interpret the log file and help correct the issue?

I've followed the steps Ned however it wasn't producing the log therefore I followed the steps to access it manually. Firstly %APPDATA%\XBMC\xbmc.log brought up nothing and I can't find the log anywhere.
