I recently bought an Xbox 1st gen with emulators on it, and found xbmc on it with movies and tv shows etc, but they will not play. Is there an update I would have to do? I'm not sure how to make the movies work?? Any help?

Ah, a blast from the past. This might sound strange, but we don't actually do anything anymore on the old original xbox. We dropped support for it a few years back. However, there is an another group that still makes versions of XBMC for the original xbox, and you can find their website at http://www.xbmc4xbox.org.uk
