Using XBMC 13.2 -> Fresh install of Kodi B2 -> 1080p24 playing at 10-15fps (with all settings on default). I've also copied the settings I used on 13.2, still the same issue.
I quite literally watched the 10 minutes of a film in 1080p without an issue, decided to upgrade and now this problem.
Guessing this might be the new ffmpeg, but can't see why.

AMD 5450
Windows 8.1
Anyone else seen this?

EDIT: I've worked out the issue, 'Sync. playback to display' - all three choices are the cause. With that disabled it's fine. Since nothing changed within the four minutes I went from 13.2 to 14, I guess my only choice is stay with 13.2. The debug log does show a warning about the audio - maybe a dev would understand.
