A few of us from #xbmc on efnet have started a channel (#xbmc-scripting) dedicated to script developement for xbmc. We will try to handle general python, xbmc specific python, httpapi, and builtin funtion questions. Please don't come in with no programming knowlege and expect someone to hold your hand through how to write something. Scripts don't necessarily have to run on xbmc but could be PC based apps that control, poll for info, etc xbmc.
The channel is intended for script developers not users (unless those users are trying to fix the script
) so please take bug reports, feature requests, questions, etc for specific scripts elsewhere.
