Hi All,

I was wondering if its possible to port Kodi over to the realtek chipset?, i have a amazing media box, however its software is fairly poor,

DX-480 Specifications
Main Chipset: Realtek 750MHz Chipset
Memory: 512MB RAM, 4GB NAND Flash
Display: Front Panel VFD
DVB-T HD Twin Tuners
Antenna Loop Out

These days its hard to find a cheap tv tuner pvr that also doubles as a media center.

Anyways if you could provide any insight that would be amazing.

Cheers

Technically yes but practically no. Maybe checkout PrismCube or WeTek Play instead.

I have WeTek Play, it works perfectly in combination with Linux XBMC (Kodi) / OpenELEC with tvheadend. My model is with Satellite (2 x DVB-S2) tuner.
