i feel it's somewhat inconsistent to see the Default Folder graphic in My Music while browsing around and encountering albums which have no album art. this point is emphasized when you have like 1 or 2 items on the list which have no art and are in an icon view...

on a related note, the "all" entities could stand to have cooler graphics.

Internally they are folders so they get the default folder icon.
