someone posted this over on the X-S forum and it seemed like a pretty good little FR. apparently when an Xbox game DVD is inserted, the volume label is something nonspecific like "DVD". the user's suggestion was to instead grab the Title string from D:\default.xbe and use that as the volume label when an Xbox game disc is detected.

Would be nice.. For DVD-Videos it is already implemented i think, so XBMC just reads the DVD_VOLUME label from the DVD-Video..
