As above running latest kodibuntu.
Am using a sandisk extreme usb 3.0 for running the OS but can't work out how to enable usb 3.0 the system only recognizes the flash drive if it's in the 2.0 port.
The unit came with a driver update disk but only for windows and I have no cd drive. How can I update my drivers / bios from within kodibuntu?

Found a solution to this and usb 3.0 now working

taken from another forum if anyone else has this issue...

'At start-up push the f8 button and enter the bios

Go to the advanced menu. Go to usb configuration and change the xHCI mode from enabled to disabled.
Set the EHCI Hand-off to enabled.
Legacy usb support enabled

Save changes and reboot. '
