I have just updated to Kodi 14.1 using IOS 10.10.2 and the system crashes every time, is anyone else suffering from this or should i simply restore the system and try again. Thanks in advance.

It looks like your Apple OS's are a wee bit crossed, no matter it's an essay fix....
You running OSX Yosemite on your iMac...
