Of course, you should get Raspberry Pi B or Raspberry Pi 2, good support, excellent price, CEC support etc.

I haven't heard of the CS918 before, and I've only used the original Pi (which has worked great as my secondary machines), but here are my impressions.

CS918:

- Appears to be more powerful
- Package is a more all-in-one solution
- Android gives access to more apps, etc
- Questionable support/quality
- Depending on Android modifications it may prove difficult to alter kodi advanced settings, etc

Raspberry Pi 2:

- Considerable power boost compared to the original Pi
- Running OpenElec should be lighter than running kodi on top of android
- Excellent community support
- Cheaper (although will be similarly priced once you buy accessories)
- Can usually be run directly off of your TV's USB port.
- Has CEC so an additional remote MAY not be neccesary.

In that price range I would go for the Pi just because I haven't heard much about the other and the Pi has an excellent community behind it. A lot of those Android sticks and boxes are of questionable quality and often lack support, so future updates can become problematic. Consider looking at the XDA forums to see if that device has any ongoing developmental community support.
