This is a legal site, it is even listed in http://wheretowatch.com/where-to-watch

It has a bunch of b-movies, korean dramas, some 80's cartoons and such. Lately, they also seem to have some stuff from paramount, like Top Gun.
I think it would be a nice addition, especially beacuase the flash player on the page seems to leak frames from time to time and it's kinda annoying.

Uses JWPlayer ads edition.
Also, It forces me to globally disable AdBlock Plus.

I forgot to mention, it is wrongly listed in http://wheretowatch.com/where-to-watch as a search engine, wich is not. This is a free to watch (with ads) site, much like crackle, i guess.
