Hi all

Recently when downloading a film A New box pops up asking to confirm the download. Once ok is pushed the programme Appears to download the film as a folder And not the usual film name &%. After a few seconds the film gets a script failed common downloader error message can any one help me
Resolve this please??

What operating system is installed?

What version of XBMC or Kodi are you using?

Which app are you using to "download the film" - but read the Banned Add-ons narrative before answering that one.
