I'm running the latest version of kodi and the mythtv plugin. Myth server is 0.26 (on ubuntu). The default recording group refuses to update with new recordings, but if I use non-Kodi clients (mythtv-frontend or mythweb), everything is fine. This happens on Kodi irrespective of platform (Windows, Fire TV, Mac OS).

I checked the log files and didn't notice anything unusual with regard to retrieving the default recording group info.

Any ideas?

You can't be using the latest pvr.mythtv with 0.26

MythTV frontend supports backend 0.27 up to 0.28. Allows streaming of Live TV & Recordings, listening to Radio channels, EPG and Timers.

Wow do I feel stupid. Upgraded to 0.27 and after restarting the server, seems to work pretty well. Thanks!
