I'm running several kodi instances.

Kodi 15.0-BETA1 Git:2dd0e8f Media Center Kodi on Kubuntu
Kodi 15 Beta 2 on Android

Running MythTV backend 0.28
I have two hdhomeruns for my data source and get my schedules from schedules direct.

Up until recently everything was working fine. A few days ago the guide started showing the same entries for all channels.
In other words, all 15 of my channels show the guide for my first channel.

I've verified with mythtvfrontend that the correct guide is being presented by mythtvbackend.
The kod log doesn't show any errors w.r.t. to the guide.

I had the same problem. You need the latest version of the add-on. See this for fix if you are using one ther more recent myth 0.28 versions:

Yes 0.28 is unstable. When you upgrade to latest commit from 0.28 also you should upgrade to latest addon.
