I have used your product for a while now on Apple TV2, but got fed up with crashes so I treated myself to a new android box, all set up but no streaming source will work under kodi....please help.

Perhaps you should give people some more time to answer. After all its only been an hour.
To better your chances of getting a response, you should try and post a little more detail as to what exactly is the problem. A thread title of "Newbie needs help" doesn't exactly make people want to jump on in and help. What kind of hardware do you have? What version of Kodi are you running? What source / add-on are you trying to use?
Try posting a debug log.
The fact that you feel you can't name the stream source suggests you are using one of the piracy add-ons which unfortunately won't get you any help around here.

Its the old rule you Cannot get Stuff for free without paying a price.
That price is we cannot support or help what you are trying to do if you are using banned add-ons.
Even the mention of them will see this thread binned.

I have an ott TV box MXq, running Kodi Helix. I don't know if all the add ons are allowed to be mentioned or not, I'm just baffled why they worked under Apple, but not under Android.
