Clearly its some issue with kodi.. when i can download and use subtitle for Tv shows/series but not to movies.. it cant find anything even if i have 10 sources to find subtitles on... Harry potter and LOTR doesnt find any subtitles, neither does Mortal kombat, Ted so i guess its something wrong with the program?

Without a full debug log (wiki) we can't really help with the info you give us.
For now I would say you're using bad naming for your movies without any information which movie you're watching.
What often happens when using add-ons that so called stream the movie and use weird naming
