As above my addons say update available but will not install they just do nothing.
They have all updated on my 14.2 android box no problems at all but jack on my win7 pc with 15.1.
any ideas ?

What add-ons are we talking about? (I think there is an issue with the 'Internet Archive' both 'audio' & 'video') and are you getting them through the proper channels (official repository) or are they coming from 3rd party?

Same here: some addons that i cant update are Icefilms, yutube, Backup, SoundCloud, Trakt, ArtistSlideshow and URLResolver.

Banned add-ons (wiki) are never going to be updated here, nor supported in anyway, loading up this type of add-on can have deleterious effects to legitimate operation of the system.

@PatK, i just want to notice it only happens in windows in latest update of kodi 15.2rc, could be a bug. In linux there isnt any problem.

I understand about banned add-ons, but seems that neither youtube is a banned add-on nor trakt nor soundcloud nor ArtistSlideshow.....
