i'm on windows 7 and when i add new list and choose local source, i only get to click on kodi add ons... i cannot browse into my pc to get the .txt list.

This is driving me crazy.. when you add new list, u got two choices: local list, or add URL list. I choose local list, i cannot go into my PC hardrive.. only within kodi add ons... its weird.. this is after i upgraded to 15.1

Yea i tried that.. it doesn't add it.

its truly weird that on my TV i can add local lists but on my laptop i'm unable to
