The integrated TuxBox client code is unmaintained/obsolete and have been removed in Kodi 15 Isengard, so you should now be using the http://kodi.wiki/view/Vuplus PVR client add-on instead, checkout:

for me, vuplus PVR not good, i have more 3000 channels, and starts xbmc maybe 15-20m checking channels vupluspvr.
tuxbox is perfect for me, not checking new channels, not loading time.

I'm sure that they will not bring integrated TuxBox client code into Kodi core again so probably pointless to try to get support for that unmaintained/obsolete code now.
