Hi Guys;

I have been dealing with this kind of issues since day 1, when I bought the TV. It's a Samsung UE32H5500

My desktop is running the latest Isengard release and the TV is connected to an AMD MSI R9 280x, via HDMI.

I have reformated my desktop today and decided to try and get this right for once.

I have search and found this thread for setting up kodi on a TV with best picture quality:
http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=192225

But now I have the same issue as before:
In playback mode the picture is a bit bigger than it should be. Menus included.
In the main menu it's all fine.
If I disable, "adjust refresh to display", the size is correct but the video quality is a noticeably worse.

I am suspecting this will have something to do with the refresh rate and AMD catalyst setting, but I do not understand how could I possibly fix this.

If you think you can help please share you're thoughts and ask for more detail if required.

Thanks

I have a Samsung smart tv that had the same issue. I adjusted it through the video settings on the PC. Look for overscan / underscan settings.

Great, got it. I believe you can do it also from inside kodi's video calibration, as long as the video is playing.

Huge thanks.
