Add .cut files into XBMC "Programs" database?

I started making use of the .cut files to make it possible to launch emulator ROMs directly from within XBMC's superior menu system. The only current issue with this is that it's really freaking slow and doesn't make use of the MyPrograms database, and the thumbnails from .cut files are not cached.

My request would be to add .cut files into the current database building routine. The real kicker for this would be if the parser looked for the <custom> tag in .cut files it encounters, and if the <game> tag is found within the <custom> tag, then the target file of the <game> tag is used to populate the Size value of the .cut file's record in the database. This would make my emulator launcher shortcuts actually usable, since it currently takes like 8 seconds to open one of the directories containing all my .cut files in it Sad
