If I have a couple of hundred DVDs and Blu-Rays that I ripped and have on a hard drive, will MCM or some other program
do all of the work for me regarding changing the Folder Names and Movie Filer Names into the correct Kodi Naming Conventions?

I would of course tell the program to change the Folder name for each movie to the correct Folder Name ie Jurassic World (2014) and ask
it to do the same automatically for every Folder/Movie.

Is there such a program or will MCM do it?

If you already have them in their individual folders, then yes, MCM will rename both the file and the folder for you and download the metadata and images. Make sure you enable the Kodi metadata in the options. If the naming convention is off, it will prompt you for what movie it is or ask for an IMDB ID if it can't find anything that resembles it.
