Basically what it is I've got a 2 Amazon Fire sticks and on one of the sticks i'm using the Aeon Nox skin and I've also changed the item background as well as changed the main menu horizontal position to my liking. When I backup my database and configuration and try to restore on the other fire stick or my Apple Mac for that matter I'm unable to install an exact copy of the original.

The wallpaper background remains as the default Aeon Nox background, the main menu horizontal bar is back in the middle instead of being low and menu's also on the bar goes back to the original Aeon Nox settings even though I had previously disabled most of then when I made the backup.

So I was just wonder whether it is possible to make an exact copy from a backup onto another device as long as the same version of Kodi is on there?

Anyway, you need to copy the add-on settings and (depending on your version of Kodi) guisettings.xml and it is possible.
