This script is by Nuka1195, and is totally awesome. I found it because its hosted in the GoogleCode SVN with a bunch of other scripts. The current version as it comes down from SVN will not work because of an issue in the GUIBuilder library it uses (correct any of that if I am wrong, just a half-remembered guess), however there's a sort of quick bugfix/workaround that can be applied to make it work for now. This is the same as the Apple Movie Trailers script in that regard. Anyways, I think that this script is really cool, and its not really available anywhere right now, so I thought I'd host it informally until the issues can get worked out and it can get hosted on XBMCScripts.com
Here's a RAR:

Actually the current version is 2.1 skin compatable and works fine. Some of the maps don't work as rhey changed their website. It also does not work for world maps yet.
If you haven't grabbed it in the last day or so, grab it again. If anybody want's to try and make a config file for world locations let me know, there is an excel spreadsheet in svn, that helps with that. Edit: OT, the changelog script that uses your hosted changelog (Thanks) has been updated also for 2.1 skinning. |

SleepyP,
Can you clue me in as to the quick fix you mentioned above? I am getting a configuration error when running the script from the Scripts window.. Thanks! |

All three of my cities are set to US cities...hmmm.
Nuka if I recall correctly when I had this running before we had to place some of the skin .xml's in our PAL folder and replace the weather.xml file... Is this still the case or will everything self install when clicking on the defaut.py? Thanks! |

Pikes right, if you enter your city by zip code, it appends the zipcode to the city name and messes up the search function.
I need to account for that. I'll make a note. No you don't need to move any files. If you want a button linked to the script from my weather. Jezz_X's Blackbolt classic skin has a skin setting to do this. It's a nice skin. Edit: Fixed the zipcode issue in SVN.
