Would it be possible to have a preset that combines all presets in to one global one that contains all visualisations installed? If this is possible already it would be great if someone could let me know how to set it up.

it can never be done! even not on console, can never be done for the pc also
Because each visualisation have their own function.
Its kinda like merging two visuals: a matrix loading screen+a tetris like.
Now imagin playing a music with good basic, obviously the purpose of a visual is to react to the amplifer of the bass. Both cannot work at the same time plus they will be all over the screen:/
Just stick to the visuals you got for XBMC, they are kick ass! and much better than Windows Media Players visualisation.
