Looking for some help. 1080p movies do not work for me. Audio out of sync. all other movies work (720, SD etc)

That's WAY TOO VAGUE a description 
... will need a debug log if you want someone to help as I can think of dozens of reasons how this could happen, from hardware to OS, software config, drivers up-to-date, drivers config, windows graphics/sound subsystems config, Kodi config, display type and config, use of AVR or TV/projector direct ... !!!!
