lund I believe you have the stable version. You want to download the "bleeding edge" version (rev10142) from here
http://t3ch.yi.se/
That is the version I use and TV Links works fine (unaltered) for me.
Begging scripters for internet-TV "links" script...

I had the same problem when using a very old build. One of the python modules evidently had been updated to include that new definition in the interim.
Initially I just deleted all references. To focused color....but it was hard to see and none of the links worked. After upgrading to the latest build things worked fine. TheBoxMan. |

Sometimes on a rare occasion they link to the full video but generally they are just previews. As a rule of thumb I stay away from them. Is there no other links to the files you need? Dan |

Yea sadly if they go over 45mins (I think) they just stop as they only show previews for these. You need the veoh player to watch them... sadly TVLinks will not work with these. Its a pain as some shows i want are only on there... well now i use the easynews script i have them all in super divx format so use that

I've looked back through the thread but not sure if these versions still work?I believe there are two scripts that implement TV Links (not including Uitzendinggernist). Unbehagens script has a nice download feature for those of us who don't have the best internet connection out there it is pretty useful and can be found here: http://theendofthelongestline.de/TVLinks...otePad.zip I may be wrong but I believe the first script was written by pvtschlag and is available here: http://pvtschlag.com/?page=XBMC%20TV%20Links&nav=6 For both of these scripts you need the latest T3CH release of XBMC available from here: http://t3ch.yi.se/ Uitzendinggernist may also be worth a look at too: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=25522 Hope this helps Dan |

Just top update this topic.
After having gone down (site owner arrested site shut down) it appears tv links has resurfaced this time operating out of China. The new URL is: http://www.tv-links.cc There are already requests to build plugins for it in the requests area but I thought I might as well put this here so that people checking this ancient topic would be kept up to date! (it must surely be the most viewed topic in this boards history? |
