When editing a post, I used to have various format options, such as bolding, italics, font, add code, links, etc. Last couple days those options have disappeared. Did something change?

Are you mixing up quick edit with full edit?
You only get the toolbar on the full edit screen, if you want them on the quick edit one you have to type the codes in manually. Same as with quick reply versus the post reply key.
