Hi,

Does anyone know what this is? is it in use today? etc. Search the board and couldn't find anything?

Just wondering as I've got lots of these errors in my log:

I believe this is coming from the script.module.metahandler as you suggest. From my understanding it used to be owned by Eldorado and be located:

https://github.com/Eldorados/script.module.metahandler

But it doesn't seem to be there any more.

I don't know if it's supported any more, but if not there are a few addons that have it in their "requires" list that would need to remove it in the case that it is no longer supported.

Anyone any ideas - couldn't find a thread for script.module.metahandler issue reporting?

Same problem here too, and this on top of everything SNIMissingWarning. I began to look for a reason, and I came across this post. I have the latest MADNOX RC1 and tried several different versions of KODI. I have freezing issues all the time. I do not know whether MADNOX nothing to do with this but something funny is on its way?

Interesting read (well, actually not that interesting - more informative)

Doesn't look like it ever got removed from the repo - but is now broken - as it happens TvTunes uses it - so I might have to remove it from TvTunes now.

Thanks everyone for your comments and thanks Rob for that link as very interesting read. I have TVtunes enabled so it is possible we may have found the reason for the log entries seeing as you use it in TVtunes? Of course there can be other add-ons using it so who knows but it seems the metahandler may have become broken recently, maybe they finally killed the API for it?

I think from a TvTunes point of view, everything will continue working - just ignore the errors - I'll look at working to remove it.
