Just choose an outline tattoo, (wash well) your skin will shine through. alternatively paint the logo on your pants with sulfuric acid, you skin should shine through.

Unsure, but you can try replacing both the current KODI logo.png images (1) kodi_logo_dark.png & (2) kodi_logo_light.png with your own red version of the KODI logo?
