New Raspberry Pi 3 owner here.

I am using the pi2 version of OpenElec with success, installed simply via NOOBS network installer. WiFi works right out of the box.

Not a single crash, watching it as we speak. Only thing I'd like to change is the amount of buffer because it's way too small at default 20mb
