I've noticed an issue with Kodi and subtitles. It looks like external subs are preferred over internal subtitles even if the internal subtitles are set to forced in the file itself.
The problem this causes for me is that I have external subtitles in various languages for my family and GF. My preferred subtitle language (English) is usually internal.
But no matter the settings in the subtitle menu (tried English, interface language (which is English) and another option that I can't remember right now) Kodi will always pick the first external subtitle even if that A. isn't the language I set in the subtitle options or B. the internal sub is forced.
Is there any way to force Kodi to always prefer internal subs?
