First time a video doesnt play with Raspberry

I have a mkv file, which doesnt play.

Firstly can you check the file plays correctly elsewhere (e.g. on Windows). It could just be a corrupt file.

If it does play, then produce a 1 minute sample file (perhaps with mmg from mkvtoolnix
and upload to a hosting site (perhaps dropbox or google drive), assuming it fails in the same way. I'll look into it.

I did play it on windows and ipad(VLC) there is no any problem....

Thanks. We give a parse error on the header bytes of the h.264 stream.
If I ignore this error I can make the stream play, but I'll need to understand if the header bytes are out-of-spec and think about what the right solution is.
