Just a random thought... probably worth what you paid for it.
I just now was reading something that suggested that some people have said that the Pi3 can (or does) overheat.
So, um, I was just thinking, for the benefit of the great hoards of people now running Kodi, encapsulated within OpenELEC and other such things, and who are doing so on little SoC boards, with or without heatsinks, it might be Nice to add to the on-screen "o" display... sorry, I don't know its formal name... an indication of CPU temperature. That way people could see the actual level of the issue/problem during actual ordinary and customary video playback.
