This idea comes directly from PC's child controll softwares. There masterUser (admin) can decide when the System / internet connection is available.
'When' meaning that Admin can tell Exact clockTime on every day of the week when this user can Login and how long. Fill in the WeekMatrix (divided into 1h cells)
