xbmc does wonderful things with audio, video, and pictures, but one form of media has been left out...the written word. it would be great for people with weak eyesight to be able to read downloaded books, newpapers and mags on our large tv screens. while i'm dreaming i might as well mention "text to speech" ....wow. i use isilo on my computer, if something like this could be used on the xbox........
keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't think the tv has sufficient resolution to get good text output (unless you have a hugeass hdtv). you'd be looking at maybe 20-30 words per screen to keep it readable which is likely to be too much scrolling to make it useful.
i don't think text to speech is likely to happen either. Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting. Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support.
