Automaticly lower buffer for low-bitrate audio only streams

Thanks a lot about doing XBMC... it's the center of my sitting room :-)

About a suggestion, the audio streams like shoutcast radios at 128kbps works great, but if i try to stream any low bitrate radio (like the traditional radio over the internet at 16kbps, etc.. i tries to fill the 4MB buffer.. so the buffering takes a lot of time, since the radio doesn't transfer at a fast rate).

I wonder if the audio buffer could be variable, depending of the station's bitrate? If a put a small buffer, then the 128kbps ones sounds cutted..

Is this the reason why some bitrates (24bps for example) may not work? Takes too long so it breaks?
