Hello,

I am working on another update to my HTPC Guide for LiveTV in America and I am having trouble finding the name of the protocol that Kodi uses to communicate Live TV/DVR information from the back-ends. Kodi uses this for displaying the EPG and scheduling recordings, etc.
I have not found it in the Kodi wiki and Google is not much help because I don't remember the acronym correctly. I think is it something like LNDA, NLDA?

There is no specific protocol for this - the PVR addons can use whatever protocol they want, typically talking to whatever protocol their backends already supported. These are usually some form of proprietary http API.
