I know that XBMC has added preliminary support for HDHomerun network tuners but with the way they work inconjuction with backends like TVHeadend, its almost unnecessary to have a backend but instead a PVR add-on that organizes the channels based on the hdhomerun_config output and then use a EPG grabber like mc2xml for the tv lineup info.

Check out the TV guide addon, it pretty much does what you want, just no timeshifting/recording
