Collection Scripts for the new Download page (outdated)

hmm, old link still should work. i did a redirect from the old location.

anyway the new url will be valid from now.

just a thought.

on the main xbmc front-page, the menu option is called
'third party uploads'

i think this is a big confusing for people, as the main point of the page is for people who want to download our work!

is there any way we can change it to 'third party downloads', or something even sexier, like 'unofficial downloads' or something?

is it possible to update/edit my submissions? or do i have to ask an admin? maybe a feature suggestion.

i have been unable to register a new account for the upload page and am getting an "invalid file" error when i try to upload the script for the last few days... is the database down or something?

alright i still can't register but i can upload the script now (i didn't know that it required a .rar file.... that should be said in the upload field... and if it already does than im an idiot (-: )

i'm not able to register to this page. if i do "login" then "register" i will be put back to the main page with no error message.
hmm.. this should be fixed soon, as this will stop contributors uploading, as registering is needed (and wanted).

you are right there is an error on the page i will try to fix soon.
but you don't need to register anyway. you should be able to upload files even without registration.

will i be able to edit/change the entry, if i upload as guest? or is this not supported anyway, even as registered user?

p.s.: okay, i've uploaded the wrtkaidcommander as a visitor now.

p.s.: btw, what is the differenc between the categories "xbmc python" and "xbmc python > scripts"?
isn't it better, to put all the files from the "xbmc python > scripts" into the "xbmc python" category and remove the "xbmc python > scripts" category?
